OUR HOME
Mighty Media Studios is based in a salvaged 1963 fire station that sat vacant for years before we moved in in 2012. We retrofitted it carefully, keeping construction minimal and furniture recycled wherever we could. The building itself is part of the commitment.
OUR PRODUCTIONS
We catalog all sets, props, and wardrobe items so they can be reused across productions rather than discarded. Computer equipment gets shared and redeployed to extend its useful life. When items can no longer be stored or reused, they're donated to charitable organizations rather than sent to landfill.
OUR TEAM
Team Mighty volunteers regularly for hands-on environmental work, including wetland remediation at Sarvey Wildlife Care Center and yardwork at greenspaces in the area. We compost and recycle.
OUR REPORTING
Mighty Media Studios measures its Scope 1 and 2 carbon footprint annually, tracking emissions year over year to build a clearer picture of where they come from and where reduction makes the most sense.. Mighty is guided by an internal sustainability committee and reported in line with Global Reporting Initiative (GRI) standards, including GRI 302-1 and GRI 302-5, and to Microsoft as part of our preferred supplier sustainability commitments.
