JOB TITLE: Senior Video Producer

REPORTS TO: Program Manager - Staffing

FLSA STATUS: Full-Time, Exempt, Salary

Job Summary:

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Video Producer with extensive experience delivering a wide range of video content, from multi-camera, studio, animation, and virtual productions. This role drives projects from concept through final delivery, managing budgets, vendors, and cross-functional partners to produce broadcast-quality, on-brand video experiences that engage audiences both in-room and around the world.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive, with strong experience producing vertical social video, testimonials, training, and promotional content on tight timelines. As the central driver of each project, you will own scope, timelines, budgets, communication, lead reviews, and coordinate across teams to ensure goals, milestones, and deliverables are met.

This is not an entry-level position. The right candidate brings a proven track record as a lead producer on high-visibility video projects, thrives in fast-paced environments, and consistently balances creative intent with strong operational execution.

Essential Functions:

Event & Broadcast Production

  • Produce a wide range of video projects, including marketing content and storytelling across broadcast, social, campaign, and digital platforms for a variety of audiences.

  • Lead the end-to-end video production process, from pre-production planning through onsite execution and post-production, in a highly creative and fast-paced environment.

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned projects, partnering with stakeholders, content partners, creative teams, and technical crews to execute high-quality, on-brand productions throughout the production lifecycle.

  • Own the post-production process, managing review cycles, prioritizing feedback from multiple collaborators, identifying issues early, and driving solutions to ensure timely, high-quality delivery.

  • Collaborate with Producers, Postproduction, Account Management, Head of Production, and Director of Production to ensure compliance with company policies, rights, releases, and guidelines.

  • Manage all organizational and logistical aspects of assigned projects, including budget creation; production, shoot, and post-production schedules; crew assembly and supervision; location scouting; travel arrangements; call sheets; gear rentals; permits and releases; talent coordination; asset management; and overall set direction.

  • Act as the primary contact for external production vendors, overseeing planning, creative alignment, budgets, schedules, reviews, and approvals.

  • Manage on-camera and voiceover talent search and coordination as needed.

  • Create pre-production decks and documentation to align stakeholders on creative direction, timelines, and budgets.

  • Follow and apply brand guidelines and best practices across all projects.

  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, balancing shifting priorities and deadlines with clarity and strong communication.

  • Participate in staff, team, project, and post-production meetings as required.

  • Ensure creative and production milestones are met across the full project lifecycle.

Budgeting & Vendor Oversight

  • Own, track, and reconcile production budgets of varying scope and scale.

  • Review and approve vendor invoices in a timely manner.

  • Manage strategic vendor partnerships while ensuring alignment with organizational standards and values.

Innovation & Continuous Improvement

  • Identify risks early, develop creative solutions, and adapt with agility in high-pressure situations.

Required Skills/Abilities:

  • Strong experience producing a wide range of video content, including multi-camera, studio, animation, virtual, vertical social video, testimonials, training, and promotional content.

  • Solid understanding of video production and post-production workflows, including budgets, schedules, editorial, animation, and production technologies.

  • Comfortable managing multiple projects at once, navigating changing priorities, and delivering work on time and on budget.

  • Clear, confident communicator with the ability to present ideas and align stakeholders at all levels.

  • Collaborative working style, partnering with creative teams to bring ideas to life while balancing practical considerations like scope, timing, and resources.

  • Experience working with both agencies and in-house teams.

  • Proficiency with common production and collaboration tools, including Airtable, Frame.io, Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, and Adobe Creative Cloud.

  • Experience creating visual decks & presentations to support planning and alignment.

  • Familiarity with social platforms and content formats (e.g., TikTok, Instagram).

  • Explore and leverage AI and emerging tools to streamline production workflows, improve efficiency, and enhance audience engagement.

  • Strong organizational habits and attention to detail.

  • 8+ years of professional experience producing marketing, broadcast, social, and campaign-based video content across digital platforms.

  • Demonstrated portfolio of complex productions across varying scale, format, and audience types.

  • Proven experience in project and production management.

  • Experience working with cross-functional teams across corporate, events, documentary, and social content environments.
