JOB TITLE: Marketing Manager
REPORTS TO: Client Service Director

Job Summary:

The Marketing Manager role drives Mighty Media Studios’ presence across all social media platforms and optimizes the company website to attract, engage, and convert visitors. You will craft and refine branding and marketing strategies that not only reflect our company’s vision and values but also resonate deeply with our audience. This is a key role in shaping how the world sees Mighty, ensuring that our brand stays relevant, credible, and uniquely us.

We are looking for a creative, meticulous Marketing Manager with fantastic communication skills and a solid understanding of marketing techniques to join our team.

Supervisory Responsibilities:

  • None

Essential Functions:

  • Develop and execute marketing strategies aligned with Mighty’s revenue and growth objectives

  • Develop, monitor, and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns across digital, social, email and traditional channels to support brand awareness, lead generation, and customer engagement

  • Oversee social media strategy and execution, including scheduling, publishing, and monitoring content across platforms. Actively engage with followers, analyze performance metrics, and identify opportunities to expand reach and boost engagement.

  • Manage, optimize, and monitor website performance to ensure a seamless user experience, improve customer journey, and support lead generation and conversion goals.

  • Responsible for content creation and coordination.  Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to produce marketing content such as blog posts, email copy, and social media posts.

  • Ensure all marketing materials adhere to brand guidelines and voice across all channels and touchpoints

  • Plan, execute and support internal and external company events and event budgets, including trade shows, webinars, and sponsorships, to drive brand visibility and audience engagement and company parties.

  • Track KPIs for campaigns, channels, and tactics.

  • Compile reports to evaluate success and provide insights for optimization

  • Ensure all marketing efforts align with Mighty’s vision and values

  • Other duties as assigned

 Required Skills/Abilities:

  • Proven experience in social media strategy and campaign development

  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing and analytical tools, and CRM experience, Hubspot preferred

  • Familiarity with marketing automation tools and platform

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines

  • Brings fresh ideas to the table and can adapt strategies to changing market conditions and / or goals

 Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field

  • 5 -7 years of experience in marketing

  • Proficiency with online marketing and social media strategy

Physical Requirements:

  • Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.

  • Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.

Work Environment:

  • This role routinely requires using standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets, and printers.

  • Must be able to operate various electronic devices.

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work:

This is a full-time Hybrid role, defined as a combination of remote and in-office / On-site work within the Greater Seattle Area (King, Pierce, and Snohomish Counties). You are expected to work in the office at least 3 days a week. The office generally operates from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Mighty Media’s workplace policies are subject to change at any time based on business necessity and manager discretion.

  • The pay for this role is $75,000 - $90,000 annually. Compensation will be determined based on the applicant’s skills, qualifications, and experience, along with the position’s requirements, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time.
