JOB TITLE: Creative Producer 2
REPORTS TO: Program Manager - Satellite
FLSA STATUS: Full-Time, Exempt, Salaried

Job Summary:

You will be the main liaison between stakeholders and the creative team when it comes to project updates. You are responsible for ensuring communication is clear, in order to keep projects on time, on-budget and on-brand.

Supervisory Responsibilities:

  • N/A

Essential Functions:

  • Producing 5+ pieces of digital content weekly

  • Identifying and on-boarding potential cast for content

  • Create effective and efficient production and post-production workflows for the creative team

  • Maintaining production schedules and interfacing with clients, talent, and crew

  • Managing the production team’s video archives

Other Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Willingness to work different schedules, including occasional weekend shoots, as well as domestic, and international travel as needed

  • Contribute to a fun working environment

Required Skills/Abilities:

  • Proficient in Microsoft Suite

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate ideas and concepts clearly and concisely

  • Strong presentation and PowerPoint skills

Education and Experience:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience working in video, film or multimedia production as a part of a team

  • At least 3 years of experience producing video for high-level clients. REEL REQUIRED and please specify role(s)

  • Other production experience (editing, writing, directing, shooting, etc.)

  • Experience working with different project management tools

  • Proven track record of effectively coordinating complex projects with diverse stakeholders and cross-functional teams.

Physical Requirements:

  • Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.

  • Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.

Work Environment:

  • This role routinely requires using standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets, and printers.

  • This position may require the ability to stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl.

  • Must be able to operate various electronic devices.

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work:

This is a full-time Hybrid role, defined as a combination of remote and in-office / On-site work within the Greater Seattle Area (King, Pierce, and Snohomish Counties). You are expected to work in office at our client studio in Redmond as requested by our client. This role will be expected to work remotely when there is no onsite work. The office generally operates from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., but the days and hours of this position may vary week-to-week. Mighty Media’s workplace policies are subject to change at any time based on business necessity and manager discretion.

  • Pursuant to state and local pay disclosure requirements, the pay range for this role is $85k - $105k annually. Compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. For this role, the Company will offer medical, dental, vision, disability, 401k, and paid time off.
