JOB TITLE: Content/Marketing Producer

REPORTS TO: Director of Staffing

FLSA STATUS: Full-Time, Exempt, Salaried

Job Summary:

The Content & Marketing Producer is responsible for driving the creation, production, and delivery of marketing content across multiple channels. This role partners with marketing, creative, and product teams to ensure content is engaging, on-brand, and delivered on schedule. The Producer oversees the full content lifecycle—from strategy and development through production, delivery, and performance analysis—while managing budgets and resources effectively.

Essential Functions:

Video & Content Production

  • Lead end-to-end video and content production, including planning, scripting, editing, and delivery.

  • Ensure all content aligns with brand standards, marketing strategy, and audience engagement goals.

Creative Content Development & Editorial Management

  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop creative concepts and storylines.

  • Provide editorial oversight, ensuring clarity, consistency, and quality of written and visual content.

  • Review and approve content drafts, scripts, and production materials.

Production Oversight & Delivery Management

  • Oversee production timelines, resources, and workflows for content deliverables.

  • Coordinate cross-functional teams, vendors, and creative partners to ensure timely execution of projects.

  • Monitor production quality, ensuring all content meets brand, legal, and technical standards.

Go-to-Market Strategy Support

  • Partner with marketing and product teams to support go-to-market campaigns with relevant content.

  • Ensure content delivery aligns with marketing launch timelines and campaign objectives.

Strategy Management & Optimization

  • Lead end-to-end content strategy, including planning, execution, and post-campaign analysis.

  • Track performance metrics to measure content success and provide actionable insights.

  • Continuously optimize content strategy and production workflows to improve efficiency and engagement.

Budget & Resource Oversight

  • Manage content production budgets, track expenses, and allocate resources effectively.

  • Identify opportunities to optimize spend while maintaining quality standards.

Required Skills/Abilities:

  • Exceptional writing skills and strong editorial judgment.

  • Proven ability to manage multiple content projects simultaneously.

  • Strong organizational, project management, and problem-solving skills.

  • Ability to collaborate effectively across teams and with external vendors.

  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

  • Knowledge of marketing and content analytics to assess performance and impact.

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Media Production, or a related field preferred.

  • 3–5 years of experience in content creation, marketing production, or digital media.

  • Experience producing video, written, and digital marketing content for multiple platforms.

  • Familiarity with marketing campaign workflows, content management systems, and production tools.

Physical Requirements:

  • Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer

  • Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at time

Work Environment:

  • This role routinely requires using standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets, and printers

  • This position may require the ability to stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl

  • Must be able to operate various electronic devices

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work:

This is a full-time, Hybrid-WA role, defined as a combination of remote and in-office / on-site work within the Greater Seattle Area (King, Pierce, and Snohomish Counties). This person would be required to come on site to our client’s studio in Redmond as needed for projects. The office generally operates from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., but the days and hours of this position may vary week-to-week.   • Pursuant to state and local pay disclosure requirements, the pay for this role is $87,000 - $97,000 annually. Compensation will be determined based on the applicant’s skills, qualifications, and experience, along with the position’s requirements, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time.
